Our 2022 Listening Tour is coming to Eastbourne in October 

From Saturday 15^th October, Healthwatch East Sussex will be launching a two-week programme of activity to talk to local people about their views and experiences of health and social care services.

• How easy or difficult it has been to access services.
• The quality of the health and care you have received.
• If you feel listened to?
• If you know about the support available to you when it comes to social care?
• Your positive experiences of using health and care services.
• What day-to-day factors are impacting your health?

There are lots of ways for residents, communities and professionals to get involved in the Listening Tour.

Our programme of activity will include:

• A launch event (at Foundry, in the Beacon)- on Saturday of October 15th 
• Surveys and online engagement
• Discussion groups and one-to-one conversations to capture experiences
• Pop up stands in various locations and at events within the community (local supermarkets, libraries, train stations etc.)
• Opportunities to talk to our Information & Signposting advisors who will be out and about in the community
• Specially organised events to target certain groups including:
