York Ice Trail is back! Plans are underway for the 'coolest' event in York to return on 4th and 5th February 2023. Next year's theme invites visitors to time travel to prehistoric ages, walk through history and step into the future for ‘A Journey Through Time’. Find out more about sponsorship opportunities here. To get involved, email Faye.Davis@makeityork.com

Last call for any Christmas exhibitions, events or gift ideas for our Festive Book of Ideas. Please send over any content to comms@makeityork.com by the 12th September to be included in our festive press pack and press outreach.

We need your content! Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas are looming, so please continue to upload your seasonal events as soon as you can. Don't forget that listed events have a chance to be featured in the weekly 7 Days e-newsletter to residents across the city. Any issues with inputting your data, please email membership@makeityork.com

We have updated the Trusted Suppliers section of the Visit York website, listing trusted business services in York and beyond. The update includes new imagery, new on-page introductory text, optimised page titles and a number of page-speed improvements designed to give users a better experience using the site.

Formerly exclusive to Business Tourism content, our Visit York LinkedIn channel has expanded to include a range of topics relevant to York and Visit York members. This includes Leisure Tourism content, Trusted Supplier recommendations, Events, Visitor Economy information and any ongoing campaigns. Follow Visit York on LinkedIn to keep updated.

View and share the toolkit here.

As more business events return to the city, we're collating delegate offers to share with business visitors attending a meeting or conference in York. If you would like to be involved, login > ‘Manage Offers’ > ‘Create Offer’ and fill in the sections accordingly. Please ensure you select ‘Delegate Offers’ and state any T&Cs or requirements. Any questions, please contact conference@visityork.org
