We are halfway through our giving campaign! If you have not had a chance to donate yet, there are still just as many days left to so as there were that you may have missed!
See what we did there 😉 (this glass is always half full 🥛)
We've included some more great reasons to support FFCH below--it's not just our positive attitude and sense of humor that makes us such a great organization. We are busy connecting with groups throughout Virginia, the US, and even internationally (like the group in Zambia we mentioned yesterday, if you missed that email, you can find it here) through our online modules and facilitation.
We strive to be an accessible organization and to support our diverse community in every way we can, from partnering with local groups, to creating DEI focused modules, facilitating good communication skills, offering our modules on a gift economy, and so much more.

Over the past few days we have been sharing our online learning modules with you. Today, we want to highlight our Race Through Storytelling module ( part 2 went live today!) and Hearing through Healing.
Both of these modules exemplify distinct aspects of the FFCH mission, diversity and inclusion and listening, connection, and empathy. Enroll or donate today to support this important work!

In order to know ourselves more completely and where we fit into our community and our world, it is so important to know our own story. A big part of that story is how our race and privilege contributes to who we are.
In Race Through Storytelling (RTS), module 1, learners discover their own story with race and in module 2 we dive more deeply into different story types and how these can help shape relationships and wellbeing of self and community.

Hearing for Healing (H4H) was developed by FFCH founder Susanna and her friend, a clinical psychologist, Lisa Berman. H4H gives learners the tools they need to develop healthy listening skills.
In H4H, learners are guided through lessons that are experiential and reflective. There are videos that provide not only instruction but examples of healthy listening skills. RTS and H4H are live and ready for you to enroll today!
