Dear <<First Name>>,
If you plan to attend classes in person beginning September 16, please note:
*All LLI members must wear masks in campus buildings
*Wear your lanyards
*Display your parking hangtag in your car
Although the Bard campus is now mask optional, and students may or may not be wearing masks, LLI members must wear masks inside campus buildings.
Your lanyard should include a pink sticker verifying your COVID vaccination and booster. If you have verified your vaccine and booster but have not received a pink sticker, go to the welcome table at Olin Hall the morning of September 16 to receive your sticker.
Your vehicle must be registered with Bard Security, and your hangtag must be displayed in your front windshield. If you are a new member who has registered your vehicle but has not received your hangtag, the hangtag will be available at the welcome table at Olin Hall the morning of September 16. If you have not registered your vehicle, the registration link is in your new member letter emailed to you August 5. Also, the recent September newsletter and the LLI website contain a link for Bard Security Vehicle Registration. Please refer to our website for designated parking lots.
If you desire a Bard student ID, the physical plant offices will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., exclusively for LLI members, on September 16. Otherwise, the normal weekday hours are 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Note on some days, the office may be closed without an announcement, and Bard students have priority in securing ID’s. The physical plant offices are behind the Reem-Kayden Center for Science and Computation.
Campus dining facilities such as Kline Commons are now open to LLI members.
