As the first Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, Sophie’s role is to act as a guardian for the interests of future generations in Wales, and to help public bodies work towards the goals of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.

JASON MOHAMMAD
Cardiff-born BBC TV and radio presenter Jason has fronted major TV events including the Olympics, FA Cup and World Cup finals, and the Six Nations, plus his own BBC Radio Wales show. He co-owns a TV production company and has created his own media academy.

This year's conference theme will address questions crucial to our future creative industries. What part should the creative industries play in designing a zero-carbon future?
Alongside operating more sustainably themselves, what role do the creative industries have in designing solutions? Can they imagine a future we want to live in and tell the stories of how we get there? And how do young voices get heard and their priorities built into what happens next in a meaningful way?
