What an honor to win Best Side during our first Taste of Montgomery County! We are so grateful to everyone who came out, tried our food, and voted for us! We had such an amazing time enjoying our community together. Want to enjoy our food from Taste! at home? Loreli's Eggs Basket
Loreli has had a busy summer! Thanks to YOU, her customers, Loreli has had to expand her flock to keep up with demand at Four Seasons Local Market! She now has well over 100 chickens to love on. She loves gathering eggs and doing “chicken checks” every evening with us. However, she was running the numbers and the hens have been producing very well over these past few cooler weeks. So she has decided to have a sale! For the month of September Loreli’s Egg Basket eggs will be buy one get one 1/2 off! Thank You for welcoming us into the Four Seasons Local Market family almost 1 year ago. Your patronage and support for our little girls egg business is appreciated beyond measure.

Our books are filling fast for the rest of the year! We are fully booked for custom orders for September and December. October and November are filling fast! If you would like to place a custom cookie order please email farmsteadbakeryin@gmail.com.
 Recipe of the Month
Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
Gillenwater Farms BBQ Pulled Pork
2-3oz Fair Oaks Farms Gouda Cheese, shredded
2 Slices Farmstead Bakery Rosemary Cheddar Bread
Butter
Bonz Barb-BQ Sauce

Butter all sides of the bread slices. On one slice of bread place half of the shredded cheese. Top with desired amount of pulled pork. Add the remaining shredded cheese on top of the pork and then the other slice of bread. Place in a pan or flat top and toast until golden brown. Flip and toast until other side is golden brown. Add extra Bonz Barb-BQ sauce either in the middle of the sandwich or on the side as desired. Enjoy!

Freshly Dairy
Starting this month, we have a new vendor in town — Freshly Dairy will be providing us with Whole Milk from their farm in Lizton, IN!
One Ingredient: Fresh Whole Milk from cows grazed on pasture and a forage based diet. Their cream line milk is gently pasteurized and non-homogenized, bringing you a fresh and wholesome product straight from their Indiana family farm. They bottle in BPA free containers that are recyclable because they care about this land we all live on.
Please take a moment to welcome them to the Four Seasons family! We hope you are as excited about the opportunity to have milk from a family-owned Indiana farm as we are!
HydroAgro Farms
We are now carrying microgreens from HydroAgro Farms! We are currently carrying broccoli, radish, and mustard microgreens.
Javier has a background in agronomy and botany sciences and previously worked for Purdue University, where he became familiar with hydroponics while working on a special project. Since working at Purdue, he has been a successful small business owner in Crawfordsville for over 10 years. He also operates a small, local indoor hydroponics facility (HydroAgro Farms) where he grows microgreens, leafy vegetables and flowers.
You can find his microgreens in several restaurants in town! As well as in our store for you to make delicious salads or to add as a topping to your sandwiches at home. We hope you enjoy this new addition to Four Seasons Local Market!
