L.A.'s Hip-Hop and adult R&B stations always had to prove their place in the market. But this month, Real 92.3 tied KIIS. Last month, adult R&B KJLH set an all-time record. The Wave has been a market-leader for years. I took a Fresh Listen to L.A.'s R&B and Hip-Hop outlets, including Power 106 and KDAY too.
