September Contra Dance at the Legion Hall
We're back!
Our September Contra Dance will be Saturday, September 24 at 8:00 at the Legion Hall in Blowing Rock.
Roberta Kogut will be calling for us this month while Bob Kogut and Friends will be providing the live music.
Consider bringing a friend. We need to build our numbers back up. As always, no partner or experience required. New dancers are always welcome, and encouraged to attend the New Dancers' Workshop.
Out of respect and for the safety of everyone out to have a good time, we ask that if you are feeling ill, or have any signs of a communicable illness (Covid or otherwise), please stay home. Remember, Contra involves touching and close proximity to many people.
Schedule:
New Dancers Workshop at 7:30 (new and experienced dancers are welcome)
Contra Dancing 8-11 PM
Contra Dance admission:
Adults - $10, cash or check
High School Students - $5
12 and under - FREE!
