Celebrating partnerships with blue chip real estate leaders like Ananda Development, Capitaland, Chuo-Nittochi, Development Bank of Japan, Eugene Corporation, GS Futures, Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, Mitsui Fudosan, Sumitomo, and Swire Properties; and support startups in the region like Dongnae which uses technology to curate a more affordable selection of rental apartments in Korea.

• Flyway, a startup that provides cleaning, rental, and marketplace services to owners of second homes, raised $10 million from Signal Ventures, Monday Capital, GroupRMC, Florian Hagenbuch and Alex Chatzieleftheriou.
• Landing, a membership-based network of furnished, flexible-lease apartments, announced the closing of a $125 million Series C. The round was led by Delta-v Capital and included participation from Greycroft and Foundry. 
• Propseller, a Singaporean real estate transaction platform, raised $12 million in Series A funding co-led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India. 
• Recurve, a utilities data software solution, raised $18m in Series B funding. The round was led by Calpine Energy Solutions and joined by Quantum Energy Partners, Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions and Energy Foundry.
• RentSpree, a multifamily rent payment and tenant screening platform, raised $17.3 million in Series B funding led by Green Visor Capital with investments from 645 Ventures, Vesta Ventures, Venture MLS, Rally Ventures, KEC Ventures, among others. 
• Willow Servicing, a San Francisco-based mortgage servicing platform, raised $6 million in seed funding led by Thomvest Ventures. 
• Wreno, a platform that trains and connects workers and trade partners with institutional real estate companies, raised $5 million in seed funding led by Lerer Hippeau with participation from Fifth Wall, Owl Ventures, NFX, among others.
• VTS, the industry leading CRE tech company, raised an additional $125 million in a series E round led by CBRE Group Inc.

• Blackstone-owned Home Partners of America, a single-family landlord, will halt single-family home purchases in 38 regional markets. The company said they considered home price appreciation, state and local regulations, and market demand when deciding which markets to pause.
• CBRE invested an additional $100 million in VTS, placing a big bet that the company's technology will play a major role as workers return to offices. CBRE’s contribution also reflects a recent strategy by the global commercial-property-services giant to adopt some new technology by investing in startups rather than developing it internally.
• Ralei, a “one-stop shop” for home buying and selling, announced it will cease operations this month, coming one year after raising $100 million. The company attributed the shut down to current challenges in the real estate and financial markets as well as the unfavorable capital-raising environment.
