Many businesses today are now doing fine, and some are even thriving.
This situation is OK for those business owners who are satisfied feeling that they have survived the “economic crisis” (pandemic) and on “the right track” again.

However, if this feeling of Complacency leads to uncritical satisfaction and lack of motivation, it is the enemy of success. You must be brutally honest about the health of your business today.

This is the time to re-evaluate your vision, your goals, your business plan, your marketing strategy/marketing plan and make the necessary changes. If you fail to make the necessary changes your competitors will pass you by.

In 2018 I softly launched POWER STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS (PSFS) a division of Joe Maddalone—Power Strategies.
PSFS is not a networking group, nor is it group coaching.

What is PSFS?

What is commonly referred to today as a “Mastermind Group”, was a concept originally introduced by Napolean Hill in his book from the 1920’s “The Law Of Success” and elaborated upon in his subsequent book in the 1930’s, “Think And Grow Rich”. He referred to these groups as a “Master Mind Alliance”.

I have refined the concept and created, Power Strategies for Success.

Bringing together similarly successful individuals, in non-competitive businesses, to discuss challenges and successes in an effort to elevate each member’s respective business.

How it works.

The group will have 5 to 8 qualified members and meet monthly for 2 hours. The group will be run by the facilitator, Joe Maddalone. The facilitator will run each meeting, provide an agenda for each meeting and guide the members to dive deeply into discussions.

In addition to the monthly sessions, each month a member will have a one-on-one consulting/coaching session with the facilitator.

I have been facilitating PSFS groups since 2018, and I am presently in the process of forming an additional PSFS group. I am pleased to announce that I have 4 new members in this group and would like to add another 4 members. The fact that PSFS has survived and thrived since 2018, has validated its success and value to it members.
