Beat Jimmy

Ask yourself: do you have what it takes? Teens age 12-18 are invited to see if they can beat our own James Pires, a professional e-sports coach and collegiate-level competitor who was once ranked in the top 0.2% of League of Legends players in North America, at his own game! Weekly practices are loose and unstructured, and will take place in the Teen Den every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. On the 4th Wednesday of the month, test your skills by facing off against Jimmy himself. We'll be featuring a new game every month, so there will always be another chance to prove your mettle. May's game is Players' Choice.

Color Me Calm

Color Me Calm is a weekly opportunity for teens to decompress, wind down, and chill. Bask in the rainbow glow of (artificial) candlelight; listen to soothing ocean sounds and deep, rhythmic bass; and brighten up your world with watercolor markers, colored pencils, and Sharpies. We'll supply the materials - just bring yourself and leave your stress and worries behind. This program is for patrons age 12-18 only. Spring sessions will normally meet every Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Conference Room in Queset House.
