Please have at least one representative from your unit attend this important Roundtable to connect with others in your Scouting Community. This could be a leader, a parent, or other adult volunteer!
Program Calendar Planning:
- Release of the 2022-23 Council Program Calendar & Planning Guide
- Review various resources to use as you plan your unit’s annual program calendar
In-Person Scouting Community Meetings:
- Be the first to receive a copy of the Council Program Planning Guide!
- Continue planning upcoming community events
(Memorial Day events, local parades & festivals, county fairs, etc.)
- Begin making plans for fall recruiting
- Coordinate combined unit events (merit badge work, summertime activities, etc.)
- Each Pack will receive a list of Advancement Requirements completed by Cub Scouts who attended the Centennial Camporee
- Get copies of the updated BSA Adult applications that are required for new registered Adult Volunteers

- Scouting Community 4 – Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (310 Elizabeth St., Tomah, WI)
- Scouting Community 5 – Arcadia Scout Center (401 West Main St., Arcadia, WI)
