We are delighted to announce that Bresky Law will merge with Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA), a leading New York City-based law firm, and Boca Raton’s Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman, P.A., effective May 15, 2022.

The combined firms will practice under the name Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP and will establish its Florida office at 2424 N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton. Bresky Law Founder and President Robin I. Bresky will become a partner at SSRGA.

The Florida office will practice in the areas of appellate, matrimonial and family law, trusts and estates, probate administration, real estate and corporate transactions. SSRGA’s New York office is a full-service firm with practice areas including real estate, health care, not-for-profit, litigation, business and corporate, matrimonial and family law, and trusts and estates. The firm will grow by 11 attorneys to a total of 63 attorneys.

Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman, P.A. is a matrimonial and family law firm that provides family law services ranging from complex litigation to family mediation, collaborative family law, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

With this merger, we will now be able to offer our clients more robust transactional legal services and be able to support clients who are active in South Florida and New York City. Our plan is to add more attorneys and practice areas, and grow SSRGA’s transactional presence in the South Florida market.
