Shared studios 2024/25 - Prague

Thank you for your interest in booking a bed in the shared apartment in THE FIZZ Prague!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Price range listed below is per person/bed in shared studio. In one shared apartment max 2 people can be accommodated. 
• Please note that our shared studios for summer semester 2024 can ONLY be booked until 31.8.2024. Shared studios for winter semester can be booked for 12 months only. Please also note that not all the studios are available in all offered booking periods.
• If you want to move out earlier, you can do so by finding a new tenant to take over your contract. This is usually not a problem if it happens at the beginning of a new semester.
• To receive a booking confirmation, you must sign an accommodation agreement. In addition, a one-time non-refundable admission fee of € 150/CZK 3 750 (summer semester) € 80/ CZK 2 000 (academic year 24/25) must be paid in advance within 3 days.
• The first all-in price and a refundable deposit (3x net cold rent = slightly more than 2x all-in price) must be credited to our bank account no later than 30 days before the start of your new accommodation agreement.
• The all-in price includes basic rent, flat fee for operating costs, service fee, internet/Wi-Fi and furniture rental. Laundry for an extra charge (CZK 90/washing, CZK 75/drying cycle). When moving out, you need to consider the mandatory final cleaning fee of CZK 3,500/€ 140.

Below you'll also find the option to insert the name and email address of the person you want to share with. We will try to accommodate you together, but we cannot guarantee it. The second person must fill out this form as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee the possibility of shared accommodation due to the limited capacity of the apartments that can be booked together for 2 people.

We have shared studios in the following sizes:

Shared studios M with and without balcony (16-19sqm) - offered in CZK and EURO currency
Shared studio L (26,7sqm) - offered only in CZK currency
Shared studio XL with and without balcony (30-31sqm) - offered in CZK and EURO currency

Our XL apartments without a balcony are wheelchair accessible, which means that the furniture is slightly lower than standard, and the studio has a spacious bathroom.
