RCCbc and our partners are advocating for the development and implementation of a rural PHR across British Columbia.

Connecting the Dots Between COVID-19 & Rural Mental Health & Substance Use

SPRUCe: Pain & Irritability of Unknown Origin

Sustaining Pediatrics in Rural and Underserved Communities (SPRUCe) is a network to connect community pediatric providers, family physicians, residents, and nurse practitioners who have an interest in supporting and sustaining excellence in pediatric care in rural and remote communities across British Columbia.

The next SPRUCe CME accredited event is on Tuesday, May 17, from 7:30-9 pm PDT, with Dr. Hal Siden, Medical Director for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and Division Head Palliative Medicine at BC Children’s Hospital. This session will focus on pain and irritability in children with neurological differences, review a current study of a clinical pathway to address the problem, and discuss the n-of-1 study methodology and gabapentin. Click here to register.
