Today PepsiCo has announced that Women In Soccer is part of their 2022 “Team of Champions,” a national purpose platform for improving access to soccer for underserved communities in the U.S., including Black and Hispanic youth. This year, the program has expanded its reach by adding a focus on supporting more women in the game. And you guessed it, the WIS squad was named as part of this actionable journey to making the game more inclusive for women and marginalized individuals on and off the field!
