Good for the Environment... and Boaters

Epoch friends, advisors, and investors,

This month we've been focused on showcasing our technology to partners & investors, more on-water testing, and reflecting on our environmental mission.

Here's a recap of what our team has been up to this past month, and what to expect next from Epoch Boats.

APRIL UPDATE

Our Environmental Goals at Epoch

In honor of this year’s Earth Day we thought we’d share the goals we strive for as it relates to the environment.

As a climate tech startup we often find ourselves balancing capitalism and devotion to the environment. The good news for us is that the two goals are not mutually exclusive - we CAN be a green AND successful boat builder.

Epoch Boats aims to reduce recreational boating’s impact on the environment, and we will achieve that goal by transitioning recreational boaters to our high-performance hydrofoil electric boats that are engineered to be more efficient and eco-friendly.

Startup Showcase
This month we were invited to showcase at the Philly Makers-Meetup, an event that brings together innovative Philadelphia area manufacturing startups & potential investors. It was a great opportunity to highlight our hydrofoil technology, get feedback on our business plan and share prototype progress for our upcoming launch.
