Life Updates & Mental Health.

Hello Everyone!

I hope you are doing well.

It's been a long time I have not sent an email. It is because becoming a mom took me through a personal growth journey that has made me change.

Some of you might not know this but I went through postpartum depression when our daughter Maya turned two and have been dealing with anxiety and other mental health struggles ever since.

I'm sure many of you might relate as we've all been through hardship during these pandemic years and understand how challenging things can be.

I've experiences mood swings and experimented with different things such as psychedelics, breathwork, workouts and nutrition that have been very helpful for my healing journey.

This update is to let you know that I am currently studying Gestalt Therapy to focus on helping people.

I still don't know where this new path will take me, but all I know is that I want to use my artistic background and my knowledge in alternative therapies to help heal.

I know creativity can be a great tool to bring hope again and together with my new learning I plan to eventually merge everything I've learned and be of service to women.

If you feel called to continue to follow my personal growth journey I've created a Facebook Group where I will be sharing more information on my mental health journey and some tips that might be useful.

I want to thank those of you who have continued to support me regardless and show appreciation for what I do in life. Thank you!
