We're calling it BIG, BOLD & COLD at Proof this week.
-We've got a BIG and fun tasting tonight with our very own Matt.
-Jay ordered some amazing tasting and BOLD wines this week
-The cooler is stocked with delicious new COLD seasonal craft beers

New in the Cooler!

Bone Up Brewing Co - Extra Naked Table Beer - 4.8% abv. From their tanks to our cooler this beer is exactly what it claims.... "the perfect year round table beer which is light, crisp, a little hoppy, and oh so drinkable". We love it! $16.49 a 4 pack

The Brewing Project - Puff Tart - 5.87% abv. This well crafted Imperial sour ale will hit you with delicious flavors of peach, plum, blackberry & a puff of Marshmallow. Yup, that's what I said!! $21.49 a 4 pack and worth every cent.

Mass Landing - Encountered by Argonauts - 7.2% abv. This juicy, hazy, crisp and mouth watering IPA is exactly what you need on a Friday... or Saturday... even a Sunday morning!. $16.49 a 4 pack.

Wines of the week

Santa Margherita - Rose' - A blend of Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Venetian Pinot Nero gives this wine a tasteful balance of fresh red fruits, floral scents and a crisp clean finish. It's a tasty classic that pairs with just about anything. $28 a bottle

Rosso Piceno - Boccadigabbia. A ruby red wine with classic varietal spice, along with notes of vanilla, chocolate and wild red berries. It sits on the tongue and finishes smooth with nice velvety tannins. Uncork, let it breath, then drink it with a juicy burger, a pizza or a big bowl of Bolognese. $15 a bottle

Triple Eight Distillery - Organic Vodka and Cranberry Vodka. These top shelf craft bottles of vodka will enhance the flavor of any summer drink concoction you can make. Clean, crisp and flavorful but not overpowering make it a fantastic choice. $27 a bottle
