They say April is the cruelest month. At OFP, we find ourselves in-between the urgency with which we need to scale climate action now and the time necessary to build the right product for it. April was yet another month of putting our heads down building, raising, partnering, hiring, connecting, and doing the groundwork needed for a proper blast-off. Just about two months to mainnet - almost there!

📊 OFP By The Numbers…

OFP is growing day by day. We now have 38 project operators across five continents, as well as 16 validators, ready to go at launch. At max, OFP is looking to provide MRV services for more than 400K hectares in total. Our community also has seen great growth this month thanks to our Twitter Spaces with other ReFi friends, as well as our partnership with a bluechip NFT project, NEARnauts.

The first announcement of OFP’s partnerships with governments starts with the government of Ivory Coast and AgroMap to restore 5,067 hectares of degraded forest land in the Gorké forest region. We welcome Ivory Coast to the OFP family.
