Apply for the new Anti-Racism in Education certificate program in Ed Studies

Anti-Racism Certificate Promotional Video
This certificate program enables students to engage in a focused study of the historical context, theories, values, and aims of anti-racism work within educational projects (across a broad range of settings). This course of study will equip students with the understandings necessary to carefully evaluate and/or endorse existing or novel educational efforts. This certificate can be pursued both concurrently with a graduate degree and stand-alone by non-degree seeking students. Join for an info session on May 5 at 1 p.m. (register).

Take charge of your summer with the Productivity Program

The Productivity Program is a six-week certificate program offered by the Dennis Learning Center that teaches effective strategies to help graduate students set realistic and achievable goals and be more productive. This program will focus on common struggles for masters and doctoral students: improving time management, reducing procrastination and distractions, managing multiple responsibilities and overcoming perfectionism. Position opening in the Center for Life Sciences Education (CLSE)

The Academic Advisor role fosters student success by identifying and implementing proactive strategies that help students stay on track to fulfill their educational goals. Advises students on University policy and procedures, program and degree requirements, and related academic matters. Assists in student orientation and teaches student survey course. Identifies new resources and collaborations for resolving student cases. Consistently directs students to appropriate resources.

EHE is hiring a Career Services Specialist

The Career Services Specialist coordinates and provides students in the College of Education and Human Ecology (EHE) with information and resources including career counseling, career search tools, and career material preparation services integral to a successful academic experience and employment opportunities. Creates, develops, and delivers career planning workshops/presentations/classes for preparation and to support job searches, applications, interviews, and graduate school. Apply by May 4.
