After a break of 2 years due to *you know what* it was great to get back to networking this week. My colleagues and I attended the Marketing Mixer by Connective 3 and Don't Panic in Manchester.
If you get the chance, make sure you check out some local networking events in your area, you never know what opportunities might come out of it.
This week, I've been discussing the information that you should try to gain when working with new clients.

It is always helpful to get a list of all subdomains and protocols they use.

This way, you can run checks to ensure there aren't many unnecessary URLs being indexed, e.g. HTTP, non-www, www etc.

It will save you time and effort in the long run and will help you when performing any audits etc as you can then tailor your recommendations accordingly.
