🔔May 9 - Cancer Council Policy Workgroup

Monday, May 9, 2022 | 2 - 3 p.m.

Please join us on May 9, 2-3 p.m. ET for an open forum to discuss the NACDD Cancer Council Policy Workgroup. The new workgroup will advise the Cancer Council and NACDD on policy issues relevant to all of the cancer programs represented by the Council. The policy issues may be national or state-related and will coordinate with NACDD’s policy and advocacy structure and process.

Policy, systems, and environmental change strategies are important components of the intervention delivery of the programs and will be considered as part of this workgroup. Other potential topics may include payment and financing topics such as – coverage for navigation services, shared decision making and other related issues.
