UNYP Launches Six New Bachelor’s Concentrations

The University of New York in Prague is introducing six new concentrations in partnership with the State University of New York, Empire State College, within the Communication and Media Bachelor’s program and the International Relations Bachelor’s program.

In addition to Erasmus, UNYP cooperates with many universities located in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.

Pandemic commentaries by first-year writing students

In the Spring of 2021, I asked (though maybe “required” is a better word here) my first-year writing students to develop their own commentary piece on the pandemic. I left the topic open-ended. The only true requirement, at least in terms of topic selection, was that their commentary revealed a silver lining of sorts. How could the students envision the pandemic as a catalyst for positive change?
