In recent weeks we have noticed a rise in the number of people either arriving from countries that have had restricted travel rules or moving to new jobs. Confidence seems to have returned and people are taking up new roles in new towns and cities, or stretching their wings and are ready to make changes again. 

The same applies to some home owners with a spare room, who once again feel confident to rent out a room, plus the additional costs of running a home are causing people think about sharing as a cost-saving option.

Take a look at new housemate listings to see who is interested in house shares in your area. 

If you have already added a listing please make sure it is up-to-date and marked as paused if unavailable at present. You can simply turn your listing back to active when you need to. To do this go to View/Edit my listing in your Account and set the Listing Active/Listing Paused option at the top of the listing form - then save the settings with Submit Listing at the bottom of the form.
