A Mindful May 
This month we celebrate Mindfulness in May.  
Led by Dr. Elise Bialylew, Mindful in May is the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign.This campaign is particularly important as it aims to spread awareness of the benefits mindfulness. It also challenges individuals to set aside 10 minutes a day for themselves. 

You can get involved by visiting their website here and sign up for the challenge. The option to fundraise or donate to those taking the challenge, will help impoverished communities access clean drinking water with every $50 raised.  

So far this initative has raised $1,020,000, bringing clean drinking water to 31,843 people!

Mindulfness can help us increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and even ease depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment.
