Dear Martinique II Residents,
The Board of Directors has contracted with Advanced Cleaning for the roof cleaning again this year. The Board has been negotiating a group rate for the driveways and lanai cleaning (at owner’s cost) and in doing so they felt that additional time to sign up was needed so the roof cleaning start date has been changed.

Advanced Cleaning Solutions new start date is May 16, 2022 between 8 am and 8:30 am (weather permitting).

They are hoping to complete the project in a week (weather permitting); however, they will continue each day until the entire project is completed.
An exact time or day that your roof will be completed is not known so please be patient and be aware of where they are located so you have a better understanding of when your roof will be completed.

Please take the following precautions:

1. Please make sure your vehicle(s) are parked within your garage and out of the driveway.
2. Please make sure any decorative items are stored out of the way and in a location where they will not get any over spray.
3. Please contact your tenants or guests to make them aware of the project.
4. The Association nor Advanced Cleaning Solutions will be held responsible for any over spray to vehicles or decorative items.

The group rate for cleaning the driveway (from the entryway to the street gutter and completed at time the roof cleaning takes place) is based on the size of the driveway, pricing below:
Large Driveway - $85.00
Small Driveway - $60.00

The cleaning of the lanai is based on the size of the lanai area. If you are interested in having your lanai cleaned Advanced will come to your home and provide a price at that time.
