The TSP Fellowship Program is a twelve-month, two-phase training and project design opportunity. Through training, mentorship, and resources, TSP will build more knowledgeable, diverse, and equipped skatepark advocates, designers, and programmers.

The program is designed to include BIPOC advocates aged 18-24. After successful matriculation through the program, we hope to encourage the growth of 12 skatepark advocates and increase skateparks being designed and built within the communities that willl benefit from these public spaces the most.
There’s an increasing need for more safe and inclusive public skateparks, especially within underserved and under-resourced communities. The Fellowship Program is a training pathway to empower more BIPOC advocates and civic engagement leaders working to increase access to skateparks and outdoor recreation.
