Making Change: DEI for NYS CDFIs Friday, April 22 and Friday, May 6
12 noon to 1:00 p.m.
Are you ready to start Making Change? Today's roundtable is one of three facilitated discussions designed to provide tools and techniques for Coalition members to:
Move their organizations forward in their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); and to
Address the challenges and barriers to equity, inclusion, and economic justice faced by their communities.
Each roundtable will have a specific focus and will include strategies, steps, and supports for member organizations as they continue their DEI journeys.
CDFIs across New York State acknowledge the important roles our institutions play at the intersection of racial and economic equity. We are committed to using our collective power to support racial and economic justice as part of the movement to create a more vibrant, healthy, and fair society for all.
With more than 80 CDFIs in New York State, we know there will be no one-size-fits-all solution to enhancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in our institutions.
Join us on Friday, April 22 and Friday, May 6, as we welcome Jennifer Rutledge, Principal of Delphi Consultants, to review and examine the results of the survey we conducted late last year. View Agenda.
Following these two workshops, Jennifer will join us on our next "All Hands" Zoom on Friday, May 20, to discuss next steps.
We're grateful to US Bank for their support for this initiative.
