Peace. I'm always praying for it – for you, me, Ukraine, the planet – but here's what I want you to do: Take a break from technology (give yourself a mini social media cleanse!) and go outside. Relax and connect with Mother Earth by just listening to the natural sounds around you, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the ground beneath your feet. (If you can go to the beach, even better!) Being fully present to our natural surroundings positively shifts our energy. Walk barefoot on the grass or sand, or enjoy a mini "one breath-one movement" yoga flow:
Start at the top of your mat, inhale your arms up, exhale forward fold
Inhale half lift, exhale forward fold
Inhale plank pose, exhale Chaturanga
Inhale upward facing dog, exhale downward facing dog
