It has been a while since we sent out an email newsletter. Sorry about that. The team has been hard at work, striving to reach the top of a mountain from which we can look down and evaluate the lay of the land. It has been a long and arduous climb, but the view from here makes it all worth it. DSG3, ESG3, and DWO3 have been cleared for production. Parts have been ordered and are on the way. If all goes well, every pre-order for these modules will be delivered before the first day of summer, 2022. Also expected around the same time are the first 100 units of TBC2. That's a lot of modules shipping in the near future.
What about the rest of TBC2 production? Roughly four weeks following the first shipments of TBC2 we plan to box and ship another 100 units. Once that second batch is ready to depart, we will announce the plans for the third batch.
And Chromagnon? Part of climbing the mountain involved development of boards shared by ESG3, TBC2, and Chromagnon. So we have made great progress on our hotly-anticipated new standalone synth. Disruptions to the supply chain have placed unusual challenges to our development process for Chromagnon. That said, the team is optimistic that third quarter shipments are highly likely. TBC2 completion means all development focus is on Chromagnon moving forward.
You may have noticed that I mentioned the LZX DWO3 Dual Wideband Oscillator in the first paragraph. Good eye. DWO3 pre-orders are now open!
