Downtown Employee Appreciation Day is returning on Tuesday, May 24 from 11am to 2pm at Kerr Park! Join Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership for a lunchtime event in the park featuring live music from Art Moves, free cold treats, and pop-up booths and activities by various downtown organizations and services. Purchase your lunch from one of the food trucks, or bring your own, and learn more about the different amenities available to downtown employees.

STEAMROLLER PRINT FESTIVAL
APRIL 30 | ARTSPACE AT UNTITLED


The 5th Annual Steamroller Print Festival will take place at ARTSPACE at Unititled in Deep Deuce this Saturday, April 30 from 9am to 6pm. This is a day full of art, live music, vendors, food trucks, and much more. The event supports local artists and vendors while providing a unique experience for the community. OF A MIND: OKLAHOMA CITY

The Oklahoma City Repertory Theater will host a guided theatrical audio experience, OF A MIND: OKLAHOMA CITY, throughout OKC's vibrant downtown area during the month of May, with the first tour taking place this Saturday, April 30.

OF A MIND: OKLAHOMA CITY is guided by a live narrator and set to a score of local voices, sounds and music. Enjoy this outdoor walking experience starting in Kerr Park and curated by artists from Ireland, New York, and Oklahoma City. The capacity for each performance is limited to 30 guests and tickets must be purchased in advance. NATIONAL BIKE MONTH
MAY 2022 | DOWNTOWN OKC

May is National Bike Month and the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) is celebrating with month-long programming including BikeFest on Sunday, May 1 and Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 20.

National Bike Month will kick off this Sunday, May 1 from 12-4pm with BikeFest located at the Wheeler Ferris Wheel. This free event will feature local bike shops, community organizations, live music, family-friendly activities, and food trucks.

Then, on Friday, May 20, celebrate Bike to Work Day with a group ride in the morning, finishing at Bicentennial Park where riders will find fun programming and enjoy a complimentary coffee from Junction Coffee, courtesy of Downtown OKC Partnership. OKC FLOWER & GARDEN FESTIVAL
MAY 7 | MYRIAD GARDENS

On Saturday, May 7 from 9am-4pm the Myriad Botanical Gardens will host their annual Oklahoma City Flower & Garden Festival. The event, which is free to the public, features vendors selling flowers, herbs, succulents, jewelry, art, crafts, and other garden-related items sure to brighten anyone’s home. FULL MOON BIKE RIDE
MAY 16 | MYRIAD GARDENS


Back by popular demand, the Full Moon Bike Rides will return for a 2022 season at the Myriad Gardens. The first ride will take place Monday, May 16, leaving at 8:30pm from the Seasonal Plaza.

Bring your bike and meet up for a leisurely one-hour ride throughout downtown. Lights and helmets are required to participate. New t-shirts and water bottles will be available for purchase, and the cost to ride is a suggested $5 donation towards the Myriad Gardens Foundation. COVID RELIEF PROGRAM TO
SMALL BUSINESSES AND NONPROFITS


Funding and services are now available to help Oklahoma City small businesses and nonprofits with COVID-19 economic recovery. The OKC Rescue Program is accepting applications for businesses and nonprofits to receive free business services or reimbursement for qualifying projects.

To qualify, the business or nonprofit must be located in Oklahoma City and employ 100 or fewer full-time equivalent employees. Eligible applicants must also demonstrate outlined qualifications. The OKC Rescue Program is structured to promote economic equity for minority-owned and economically disadvantaged businesses.
