Earn awards for hours in the saddle

Big cash for Virginia breds at the Spring Breakout
There were 34 entries, 10 nominated stallions, and a total of $9,100 total moneys and a $5,000 saddle were awarded.

Last year, AQHA received approximately 1,600 calls a day from customers. This year, AQHA is averaging 850 calls a day, which allows our team to assist customers quicker. As of the week of April 4, the average hold time for customers is 1 minute and 51 seconds.

The team has increased the number of registration certificates being printed each week. More than 4,200 registration certificates were printed the week of March 28 and nearly 3,500 registration certificates were printed the week of April 4, which means more registrations are being completed each week for our members.

The team is also on track to meet the Association’s goals to complete 85,000 registration applications and 126,000 transfers for this year.

The backlogs that customers experienced regarding awards and achievements are up to date, with one exception – Level 1 achievement winners. Once this project is completed, all awards and achievements will be caught up.
