Chenrezig Program with Tsony

Description Excerpt: Chenrezig is a compassion-building practice from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. An accessible practice that can be recited or chanted alone or with others, its focus is developing kind-heartedness by relating to the meditation deity Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara in Sanskrit), the embodiment of lovingkindness and compassion, and reciting his mantra, Om Mani Padme Houng.
Dharma teacher Tsony will lead 6 sessions of study, practice and transmission via Zoom with one practice session on June 2.
Schedule: Third Sunday of the month, 10:30am-12noon Eastern and again at 10:30am-12noon Pacific. Next date May 15.

About the Teacher: Pamela White is a Dharma teacher, translator, writer, and hospice chaplain based in Lexington VA, and has taught many times at Bodhi Path Martha's Vineyard. Her teachings are warm and inspiring, and informed by her many years in the Dharma and her hospice chaplaincy.
