Reminder - Mail Ballots Due May 3rd, 2022

The mail ballot election for two seats on the Inspiration Metropolitan District's Board of Directors is next Tuesday, May 3rd. We recommend that you get your ballot in the mail right away, as ballots must be received by Tuesday to be counted. There is a drop-off location at the offices of our law firm, 2154 E. Commons Avenue, Suite 2000, Centennial, CO 80122. There is not a drop-off location in our neighborhood.

There are four candidates on the ballot for two Director seats. Read more on our Election page, scroll down on the page to view the Candidate Questions and Answers.

No Motorized Vehicles on Trails
Motorized vehicles such as dirt bikes and ATVs are prohibited in the open space near the power lines east of Gartrell Road. Inspiration extends all the way to the fence lines of our neighbors in Livengood Hills. Soft-surface trails are open to walkers, cyclists and equestrians.

Motorized vehicles destroy the trails and disturb neighbors in both communities. Additional signage will be installed in multiple locations to reinforce No Motorized Vehicles and trail courtesy rules. Please report violators to the Aurora PD non-emergency number at 303-627-3100 or online using Access Aurora.

Pool Monitor Hiring
We're now hiring for weekday pool monitors for the summer. Must be at least 16 years of age. Please refer anyone who might be interested to our pool monitor job posting.

Tennis Court Reservation System Coming Soon
The Pathfinder Park tennis courts have been first-come, first-serve but our rules state that a reservation system will be used. As our population grows, it's time to put an easy-to-use system in place. To help test the new system and provide your feedback, please email us.
Water conservation classes tailored to Inspiration residents

In continued cooperation with Aurora Water, the District is pleased to offer homeowners the opportunity to register for two free classes offered on-site in June. Enrollment is very limited to keep classes small. Please show consideration for your neighbors - don't be a no-show! We will keep a short wait list in case you must cancel.
If neither class fits your schedule, Aurora Water offers numerous classes throughout the summer. See the one page flyer included in your last water bill or click here.
