Happy Easter!!!

I hope everyone had a great Easter. But we are still in the Easter season for a full 50 days! Here’s a great article about the length of the Easter season.

This past Sunday was Divine Mercy Sunday, and if you attended mass you were able to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Here is an article explaining the famous image of the Divine Mercy Jesus.

This Wednesday at 6:30pm in the Assisi Room our newly baptized and confirmed will be continuing their mystagogy discussions with a discussion on the Role of the Laity with Helen. Our other participants will be discussing the Dignity of Life with Megan.

We will be taking a break from Breaking Open the Word on Sundays and start up again in the fall. Continue attending Mass on Sundays.

Last week Matt lead our Inquirers and Catechumens on our discussion on the Eucharist, below is the video series we started if you would like to continue watching it. The whole series called Symbolon on Formed.org takes you through all the elements of the Catholic faith and it is a great watch!

If you haven’t used formed.org before, when you go to the website choose “sign up as a parishioner” and search for St Isidore Yuba City. You will need to give your name and email but after that you will stay logged in.
