Fully Funded!!!
In November of 2018 Jena and I moved from Washington to Pennsylvania to begin our initial fund raising process. Our goal? To be fully funded and back out to Washington doing ministry by the summer of 2019. What a crazy roller coaster ride it has been since then. Times of joy, times of struggle, times of trusting God to provide, and times of trying to do it on my own. I am so happy to announce that God has provided, and I am officially fully funded!
I was talking to a co-worker earlier this month about the struggles of fund raising, and I realized how I was very much like a student on a rock climbing day. I have seen it so many times: a student knows that the rope and harness will hold them, but they cling to the rock refusing to trust that it will. In a similar way I knew I could trust God to provide and take care of me in the fund-raising process, but at times I was refusing to trust Him and step out in faith. The couple of years have been a constant reminder from God that He is in control. When I stop trying to be in control He blesses me in ways that only He can.
It is such a blessing to be supported by all of you whether financially, in prayer, or both! We are so thankful for all of you and your continued partnership with us!

Summer is coming quickly! Please pray for us as we plan and prep for our summer staff team, trips, and students.
Please pray for continued strength and wisdom as I learn my new role as Associate River Manager and prepare to take over as River Manager in the next couple of years.
Please pray for Jena as she works on finishing up her last couple of semesters of college. She plans to graduate in December
