Welcome to Term 2! 

This newsletter is to introduce you to the staff who represent our Greater Melbourne school programs. 

KRISTIE MURDEN - PROGRAM MANAGER 

When you contact our Melbourne team you will be speaking with the wonderful Kristie. 

Kristie joined I CAN Network as a Program Facilitator in May 2019.
In 2020, Kristie piloted our Online Mentoring Program for parents. In 2021, Kristie became an I CAN Online Shift Supervisor and has most recently been Customer Service Coordinator for our speaking engagements. Now in 2022, the team is excited to welcome Kristie as our Program Manager for Greater Melbourne.

JESSICA KARAMICOV - PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER

Our Melbourne staff, including Autistic staff, will have their training and development overseen by Jessica Karamicov who has moved from an I CAN Program Manager role to People & Culture Manager for I CAN Network, nationally. 

Jessica first joined I CAN in July 2021 as our Program Manager for Greater Melbourne. During these uncertain times, Jess has been invaluable: supporting and staffing our Melbourne school programs. With a strong background in HR, having worked at Honda MPE, Integrated Group Limited and CSR Lightweight Systems, Jess is the perfect fit to further develop our mentors skills so we can continue to deliver great programs. 

TIFFANY MUMFORD - DEPUTY CEO & SUPERVISOR GREATER MELBOURNE

The continued expansion of our Melbourne program will be overseen by the excellent Tiffany Mumford our Deputy CEO, who has been in I CAN's senior management team since 2017 and is responsible for the I CAN School program nationally. 
Tiffany is an Autistic psychotherapist with a 13 year background in psychotherapy and disability support. Previous to I CAN, Tiffany held roles including owner/ operator of Nyernda Counselling & Psychotherapy and Team Leader of Disability Support for Outlook Incorporated. During her time at I CAN, Tiffany has more than tripled the number of Autistic staff employed by the organisation.
