- The OSC announced that the innovative solutions put forward by seven businesses will be part of its new capital markets testing environment, OSC TestLab.
- The OSC provided an update on structural and governance changes resulting from the proclamation of the Securities Commission Act, 2021, by the Government of Ontario (the government) on April 29, 2022.
- Canadian securities regulators published its annual activities report on oversight of self-regulatory organizations and investor protection funds.
- The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) published changes to harmonize the interpretation of the financial statement requirements for a long form prospectus.
