You will learn to use colour studies to your advantage as you develop and enhance your paintings. Learn a few tricks to aid in your decision-making as part of building a pastel painting, whether using limited colour choices or by building layers of colour. Andrew will provide some art materials for those who do not have any.

Our Adjudicator will present some of his works and talk about his journey as an artist. This is a FREE event.
Andrew is the past President and Senior Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. He has won top awards for his works in Canada and the US with several published articles in top art magazines such as International Artist, The Artist UK, Magazin'art, and the Pastel Journal. Andrew is a popular workshop instructor and gives demos and lessons at many educational facilities like Capilano University, Langara College and the 3D Animation Department of the Vancouver Film School.
