Adults in the Learning Center: Kids, Chapel
A new study for adults begins. This week, "The Means of Worship" focuses on how the sacrificial system refocused God’s people, reminding them to trust God, be thankful, and repent of sin.
If you would like to volunteer to lead a few upcoming classes (curriculum and instruction provided), email Sarah Friesen at office@hydeparkpres.com with the dates you would like to lead.
Children ages 3 and up gather in the Chapel at 11:00 for singing, and then go to their classes.
May 1st is Communion Sunday
Every time believers share the Lord's Supper, we proclaim the saving death of our risen Lord, until he comes again. Please join us on this, our first Communion Worship Service after our celebration of Easter. If you are watching us online, you may prepare your own bread and juice to participate at home.

Mother's Day Diaper Drive for Beth-El Mission Now through May 15
Parents who work in the fields near Beth-El Mission need our help. Money is tight and diapers are a necessity if you have a small child. That’s where we can make a difference.
You are invited to make a donation of diapers to honor your mom. Please bring them with you when you come to church between now and Mother’s Day. Monetary donations are also welcome (please designate for this); Missions angels will do the shopping for you. Thanks again for sharing the spirit of Christ with those around us.

Have you noticed there are a lot fewer leaves around the church lately? Bryan Alspach has been pitching in and getting things spruced up. Thank you Bryan!!
If you have an hour or so you'd like to come and fill a couple of bags, you can find a rake, wheelbarrow, trash can and bags in the shed in the Willow bungalow back yard. Call the office to be sure you can get access!
