Fulbright Prize Nominations Deadline Extended to Tuesday, May 17

We welcome nominations for the J. William Fulbright Prize for International Understanding from all Fulbright Association members. The Fulbright Prize recognizes people and institutions that promote global cooperation and peace, inspire and lead positive change, and foster cultural understanding and respect.

The 2022 Programs Advisory Committee and the FA Staff are hard at work creating a memorable experience for the in-person 45th Annual Conference in October, full of joyful gathering and sharing. We encourage you to reconnect with your fellow Fulbrighters and interact with professionals from around the world.

Call for Proposals

The conference committee actively seeks session proposals for this year's "Reunion”. The proposal should be creative, innovative, interactive, and perhaps provocative. We are planning to keep most of our standard session formats (panel discussions, roundtables, posters) and may also invent and invite new ways to share professional development content.

Selma Jeanne Cohen Fund Lecture Award

Are you a pioneering dance researcher or practitioner with a focus on international exchange and impact? Share your talent and research with the Fulbright community at our 45th Annual Conference.  Applications for the 2022 Selma Jeanne Cohen Fund Lecture will be accepted through July 1.

Event Health and Safety

All participants at the conference, whether a presenter, attendee, sponsor, staff, or vendor will be required to be fully vaccinated. Individuals with a medical or religious exemption will be required to email documentation of a negative PCR COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to arriving onsite. Call for Nominations for
National Board of Directors

Governance and Nominations Committee of the Fulbright Association Board of Directors is seeking nominations of highly qualified individuals to serve on the Board. A limited number of openings are available for the three-year term beginning January 1, 2023. Nominees should have a demonstrated ability to bring experience, resources and energy to the FA mission: continue and extend the Fulbright tradition of education, advocacy and service.
