Family and friends are welcome to join in the sanctuary for these celebratory events! Here is a note from Mrs. Allen with more details on the upcoming awards ceremonies.
Since the afternoon awards ceremony is taking place during the school day, students will need to be in uniform but may dress in chapel dress if they prefer. For the special awards ceremony in the evening, students are asked to dress in chapel dress or nicer, in accordance with the Dress Code Standards.

Every family needs to respond to this form to indicate your plans for the last day of school festivities on Friday, May 27th. Students who do not attend will be marked absent.
Our last day of school will be a school-wide party at Jake's Unlimited located at 1830 E. Baseline Rd, Gilbert. Students can be dropped off at school at the regular time to ride the bus or they can be dropped off at Jake's at 9:00 am. Parents are welcome to stay and party with us. Although there will be an appropriate amount of supervision, parents of students in Grades K-2 are strongly encouraged to attend.
We will have the facility exclusively from 9 am - 11 am. We will have a buffet lunch at 11:30 and the event will end at 12:00. You may pick your child up at Jake's at 12:00 or at school at 12:30. The student passes are good for ALL day so families are welcome to stay and play or return to Jake's any time during business hours.
For elementary students, the cost of this event is included in their tuition as a field trip so no money needs to be collected for their student. Parents who desire to stay can pay $21 if they would like to play games and eat or pay $12 for entrance and access to the buffet lunch. Any younger siblings who are attending will need to pay $21. Kids under 3 are free.

- Unlimited Laser Tag
- Unlimited Rides & Attractions
- Unlimited Non-redemption Arcade Games
- One Game of Bowling (includes shoe rental)

Families must complete a new application with the tax credit scholarship organizations of their choice for each new school year.
