...and if you're selling to them, it's your job to understand why. Tap into empathy to find the real source of a prospect's objections — what's making them nervous. Too expensive or time-consuming? They might be nervous that it will be a waste of resources.  Worried about looking frivolous? Show them the long-term value. Addressing their root concern could change your whole sales pitch.
