GIVE THANKS TO THE LORD, FOR HE IS GOOD;
HIS LOVE ENDURES FOREVER!
GREETINGS FROM COFRADIA, MEXICO!
April started with an incredible meeting with the pastors of La Cofradía United as we gathered to pray and encourage one another. It was definitely one of the best times we've had together. This time, we had lunch and talked at the beach in San Francisco (San Pancho), Nayarit. I believe it is very important for the pastors to be able to express their difficulties, struggles, victories, and accomplishments without being a "pastor". There's no competition, just listening ears and support for one another. I love these guys!!
Below are pictures of:
The pastors on the beach for lunch.
Pastor Goyo finishing a Sunday service washing Pastor Horacio's feet.
Pastor Amado praying for a lady of 83 years to receive salvation.
Mackenzie reading to Geña for homeschool.
Emma with her parents at her 16th birthday celebration.
EMMA'S 16TH BIRTHDAY
We had a small get together with a few friends and family to celebrate Emma's birthday. Here's a quick little video of our time:
COFRADIA KITCHEN
Click here to see a few pics from this month of some of the children who come to breakfast that Mati and Isabel prepare for them in the mornings before going to school. The waffles have become a great hit! Thank you for partnering with us to help the kids. Please remember to pray for them.
RESTORATION HOUSE Pastor Amado continues to do well running the Restoration House. Ivan has been working on renewing his mind and dying to the flesh. It's great to see him happy and his family is really excited. His oldest son just approached Pastor Amado a few days ago expressing his interest to join the Restoration House. Because of finances, they will wait.
RUBEN JR.
Please continue to pray for Pastor Ruben's family as they walk through this time with the diagnosis of cancer in his son, Ruben Jr., who is in Houston receiving treatment at a cancer hospital and doing well. Continue to pray for peace and for faith to rise within the hearts of this family for a complete healing. "...by (Jesus') stripes we ARE healed..." 1 Peter 2:24. Pastor Ruben is one of our Cofradia United pastors in Las Varas, Nayarit.
