DRC Recap: Project Updates Presented For Campanile, Midtown Exchange
At the May 10 Midtown Development Review Committee meeting, Dewberry presented updated plans for an expansion to its Campanile building, previously reviewed by the committee in 2018 and 2020. Selig also returned with revised plans for "Midtown Exchange," a mixed-use project that would rise at Peachtree Walk and 12th Street. See a recap of the DRC's recommendations for both projects here.
