Want to See the Sausage Being Made?

Hey <<First Name>>

It’s not always pleasant seeing the sausage being made, and it can be a bit surprising just how ugly the process can be.

The same can be said of making a cookbook.

I have an on-again, off-again relationship with the next edition of our SCBBQ Cookbook. Currently, I am on task again.

I know it’s been a LONG time since I published the first edition, and I should have finished this thing years ago. And I hate to report that I’m still not very close.

However, I thought, as someone who purchased the “Permanent Edition,” you might enjoy a sneak peek at the draft in progress.

Let me be clear, that if you choose to take a look, what you see today may not be what you get in the end. In fact, I know it won't be.

Please understand that it is a work in progress. You’ll see crazy colors, incomplete content, and any number of problems to be corrected. On top of that, there are things you won’t see that I have in mind but haven’t gotten around to yet.

In the end, what I hope you see is the foundation of a much more comprehensive collection of recipes in a book that will be something more than a collection of recipes.

Here's the deal

If you’d like to take a look, I actually have to manually and individually invite you to see the shared document.

Because I’m not sure how many people the system will actually allow me to invite, I am going to limit this sneak peek to the first 10 people who reply.

I would definitely prefer and appreciate those folks being willing to comment on and critique what they see, which is easy to do inside the preview system.

This will be a limited-time preview and if it goes well, I will return to invite another ten or so folks to take a look.

So, if you’re interested, hit reply and I’ll send you an invite.

Hope all is well,

Jim
