State of the City
I hope you will join me tonight at 5 p.m. to watch my 2022 State of the City address. I look forward to taking a quick look back at all we accomplished in 2021. But, more importantly, I want to talk about all we have to look forward to in 2022 and the ways we can all work together towards a better Toledo. I am a few months into my second term as Mayor of Toledo. We are just as busy as ever! My team continues to work hard to meet our goals every day. We will keep building, Toledo.
I look forward to seeing you tonight.

Overnight Rolling Road Closure
The Toledo Department of Transportation, TDOT, is facilitating the transportation of an oversized load through the city. The move will require a slow, rolling closure overnight along the route. Roads will be closed only as long as it takes the load to pass through an area and drivers are encouraged to find alternative routes. These closures will be happening on May 12, 16, and 19 from approximately 10 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Congratulations to Rogers High School
I stopped by Rogers High School last week to help send off their 60-member choir to the OMEA Northwest Region State Choir competition. This is the first time in the school's history for the choir to participate in the state competition. They received a rating of "Excellence" for their performance.
