BFC (Becoming Fit at Church) Exercise is back in-person!
BFC Exercise resumed in -person classes in April! Come join us as we play with all the fun exercise equipment from our closet! Try a stability pad, big ball, gliding disc, weights, a flex strap and more. Six classes are offered each week in-person and continue via Zoom, for beginners to advanced.
BFO (Becoming Fit Outdoors) Walking/Hiking Group continues weekly spring walks!
BFO will meet at 6:30 pm each Thursday at a different local trail. Come enjoy springtime in Tally in one of our beautiful parks. Learn a new nutrition tip each week (sometimes you’ll even get to try a special snack). Walkers are paired with others, so no one walks alone. Bring your family, friends and even your pets (on a leash). Bring water and wear appropriate shoes/clothing. Check out the website for details and class schedules for both BFC Exercise and BFO Walking/Hiking at https://www.tumct.org/serve/bfc-becoming-fit-at-church/ or email BFCSeries@yahoo.com for registration forms and information, and weekly park location.

Service Opportunity with Second Harvest
We have a unique opportunity to help our partners at HOPE Community by sorting bread donations at Second Harvest on Tuesdays from 1:15-2:45pm. Volunteering anywhere from once a month to every week will help immensely. Interested volunteers should make a VolunteerHub account as an individual at https://fightinghunger.volunteerhub.com/, then email Libby at libby@fightinghunger.org letting her know they'd like to volunteer for HOPE shifts so she can activate their Volunteerhub account. You should then be able to view the volunteer calendar and sign up for the volunteer shift on Tuesdays.
