We've had a number of people who use Google's GMail who have reported that they're not always seeing the Friday night Queen Edith's News email. If that includes you, here are a couple of things you can do about it. We hope this helps!

Does it go to spam? Add us to your safe senders list
|
|
This is something you can do for anyone whose emails you want, but get put in your 'spam' folder by mistake. By adding us to your contacts, you tell Google we are a 'safe sender'. There's a super guide how to do this at https://www.whitelist.guide/gmail/

Does it go to the wrong tab? Move us to the Primary tab
|

If you have GMail's 'tabbed inbox' running, where there are different tabs for 'Primary', 'Social' and 'Promotions', our email may be going to a tab that you don't always look at. You can change this, and again, this applies to anyone whose emails you want in the 'Primary' tab. Just find an email you'd rather have in the 'Primary' tab, and drag it there.
